 Screenshot Heaven finally reopened!

Otherwell kinda, lol, the theme is finally done (almost anyways, lol), the message board works (but the theme i made for it isn't uploading nicely for some reason), and the other things on the menu work too, but not much more, like i wanted to wait to open till i had the gallery completely done, but it still has a few bugs left, so that'll have to wait a bit still, and there's no downloads 'yet', but should be sometime soon ;)

why did i open it now then? read the above story, lol

i guess i should maybe change the poll too, lol, oops
